Here's my W/R build I just posted. Not W/Mo though.
W/R Axe Thrasher.
Basically for arenas, faction-farming PvP, and general PvE. High-damage utility Warrior build.
Equipment:
Zealous Axe of Axe Mastery (15 in stance or 15^50 good here)
Stance/Strength Shield
Glad armor and Runes
Attributes:
Axe: 16
Strength: 9
Beast Mastery: 10
1. Eviscerate (e)
2. Penetrating Blow
3. Tiger's Fury
4. Distracting Blow
5. Wild Blow
6. Endure Pain
7. Sprint
8. Rez Signet
Spam TF over and over working in Evisc and Pen Blow. Use Dist Blow to interrupt key enemy skills. Use Endure Pain to survive a spike long enough to receive a monk heal. Sprint to run down kiters. Wild Blow primarily for Rangers.
Wild Blow can be subbed out if you don't have to worry about facing stance-loving Rangers or Warriors, but it's got a quick recharge and is automatic Critical Hit so it's not exactly a niche skill. Troll Unguent, Heal sig, or Antidote Sig could go here.
With the Zealous hilt you should be able to spam TF basically non-stop, racking up adrenaline in the process for your attack skills. Can take down unprotected enemies down VERY quickly.

You guys are SOOO good at helping the OP... Yeesh...
um
try
16 axe mastery
9 strength
10 Smiting Prayers
[I hope you know how runes work]
This could work for both PvP or PvE [in a group] but I'm guessing you want high damage pvp...
Disrupting Chop [owns all]
Eviscerate {E} [best Warrior skill in the game, period...]
Executioner's Strike
Wild Blow [or Swift Chop depending on if you want bonus damage + DW]
Frenzy
Sprint
Strength of Honor [most efficient melee buff in the game]
Ressurection Signet [or Rebirth in PvE]
That to me is probably the best efficient Wa/Mo for damage. if you want self-healing [I'm guessing that's for PvE and not too much PvP, then I'd suggest Endure Pain in place of Frenzy and Bonetti's Defense in place of Sprint. PvE is more heal required than PvP unless your monks are braindead...]

Hey Ole Man,
I find it interesting that Tiger Fury has its own attribute.
Tiger Fury's attribute is Beast Mastery, if anyone was wonder.
Otherwise Ole Man Bourbon, your build looks good. I may try it sometime.
